What we collect

When you buy: your name, email and purchase details, collected by our payment partner. We never see or store your full card details.
When you use the course: your login email and basic usage data needed to give you access.
When you visit the site: standard technical data (such as IP address, browser and pages visited). If we enable analytics or advertising pixels (for example Meta Pixel or Google Analytics), they may use cookies to measure visits and ads.

Links to Instagram

Some pages link to public Instagram posts. If you follow those links, Instagram (Meta) handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

To deliver the course, send you access and important updates, provide support and refunds, prevent fraud, and understand which pages and ads work. We don't sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business, such as our payment partner, course platform, email provider, hosting (Cloudflare) and, if enabled, analytics and ad platforms.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have access to the course and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to marketing emails, by writing to hello@charactersschool.com. Depending on where you live, laws such as the LGPD (Brazil), GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California) may give you additional rights.
