If you decide within 7 days of purchase that Characters School isn't for you, email hello@charactersschool.com (or reply to your purchase email) and we'll refund your course payment in full. No guilt trip, no "are you sure?" maze.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner. Depending on your bank or card, it can take a few business days to show up.

What we can't refund

Credits or subscriptions you buy from third-party AI tools are between you and those providers, so we can't refund them.
